Il \u00e9tait assur\u00e9 dans les derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es par une locomotive de la s\u00e9rie des BB 7200 (\u00e9quip\u00e9es de tampons sp\u00e9ciaux) et d&rsquo;une rame Talgo III (<i><b>T<\/b>ren <b>A<\/b>rticulado <b>L<\/b>igero <b>G<\/b>oicoechea <b>O<\/b>riol<\/i>). Ce train avait la particularit\u00e9 de s&rsquo;affranchir des diff\u00e9rences d&rsquo;\u00e9cartement entre l&rsquo;Espagne et le reste de l&rsquo;Europe gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des essieux \u00e0 \u00e9cartement variable.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_481\" style=\"width: 210px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.czarby.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/016.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-481\" class=\"wp-image-481 size-thumbnail\" src=\"http:\/\/www.czarby.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/016-200x139.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"139\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.czarby.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/016-200x139.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.czarby.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/016-300x208.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.czarby.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/016-768x533.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.czarby.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/016.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-481\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Une BB 67300 en t\u00eate d&rsquo;une rame Talgo en provenance de Gen\u00e8ve, entre en gare de Valence (26) en 1993.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>A sa cr\u00e9ation et jusqu&rsquo;au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 90, l&rsquo;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 du parcours \u00e9tait r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en rame Talgo. Pour la partie non-\u00e9lectrifi\u00e9e du trajet (entre Montm\u00e9lian et Valence), une locomotive diesel \u00e9tait en charge de la traction de la rame. La rame \u00e9tait apte \u00e0 une vitesse commerciale de 160 km\/h.<\/p>\n<p>En 1994,\u00a0 avec la mise en service de la LGV (Rh\u00f4ne Alpes LN4) contournant Lyon, la rame Talgo avait pour origine et destination la gare de Montpellier (34) entrainant une rupture <a href=\"http:\/\/www.czarby.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Diapo071995-0011.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-483 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.czarby.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Diapo071995-0011-200x133.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"133\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.czarby.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Diapo071995-0011-200x133.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.czarby.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Diapo071995-0011-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.czarby.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Diapo071995-0011-768x509.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.czarby.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Diapo071995-0011.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a>de charge pour basculer les voyageurs vers une rame TGV. La rame TGV et le Talgo stationnaient sur le m\u00eame quai. La situation persistera ainsi jusqu&rsquo;en 2010 avec la mise en service de la LGV Perpignan &#8211; Barcelone. Le trajet est depuis int\u00e9gralement assur\u00e9 en TGV.<\/p>\n<p>Les rames Talgo \u00e9tant l\u00e9g\u00e8res et fragiles, des tampons particuliers \u00e9quipaient les locomotives en charge de leur traction.
